At GIS Field Services, we are seeking experienced professionals to conduct residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. Our team requires inspectors who can perform thorough property occupancy inspections using industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections to assess general property conditions
- Deliver letters and notifications as required by clients
- Perform interior walkthroughs of secured/vacant properties
- Complete insurance loss inspections with appointments scheduled in advance
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license for travel between inspection locations
- Aspen Grove ABC certification or equivalent for conducting property inspections
- A reliable computer with internet connection for submitting reports
- A fuel-efficient vehicle for traveling to inspection sites
- A smartphone (iPhone or Android) for communication and documentation
- A printer for printing documents and reports
- Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink) for daily operations
- HUD keys (set of 11) for accessing secured properties
- Availability during daylight hours for conducting inspections
- A Volt stick (optional) for additional inspection capabilities
Payout and Hours:
- Estimated hourly rate based on inspection volume and efficiency
- Direct deposit every Friday for work completed the prior week
- Variable hours per week depending on territory and client needs
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
