Job Description
We require inspectors to verify property occupancy, report general property conditions, deliver letters, and conduct interior walkthroughs or insurance repair progress reports. Inspectors will be responsible for determining occupancy based on industry standards and reporting general property conditions using a mobile app. Efficient time management is crucial to complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time in assigned territories.
