Position Summary:

Performs Human Resource related duties and provides administrative support in the areas of compliance, benefits and new hire onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inputs employee information into ERP system including deductions, tax information, etc.

• Assists with pre-employment and new hire onboarding activities

• Audits new hire paperwork to ensure that all required documents are completed properly

• Manages employee portal to ensure all change requests are processed in accordance with company policy

• Recordkeeping/Retention: maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, including establishing, updating, retaining, purging, and indexing to provide organization and retrieval of information and following established record retention guidelines

• Assists with benefits enrollment and education activities

• Assists employees with inquiries

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 1 year, Experience in HR or Employee Benefits preferred
• Skills: Customer Service oriented, team oriented, ability to multi-task

Physical Requirements:

• Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office setting. The role may require occasional travel.
• Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
