The Role
We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our global team of developers to help shape and enhance our suite of tools and services. In this role, you will be focused on designing, implementing, and managing our cloud-based systems and applications.

What you’ll bring
- 5 years of experience in a software engineering role building cloud applications at scale
- 3 years experience working with modern container orchestration frameworks such as ECS, EKS, GKE, etc..
- 3 years of experience working with one of the “Big 3” cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices
- Considerable experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Event Driven Architectures backed by a message/queuing system such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc…
- Proficient programming in one or more of the following languages: Go, TypeStrict
- Experience working with modern database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc…
- Experience working with remote agile teams

Location
This is a hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role combines the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of meaningful in-person collaboration. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Scottsdale area.
