We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
- Provide training on first aid, CPR, conflict management, and emergency response procedures for security staff.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to safety and security within the organization.
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices.
- Military experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions in emergency situations.
