This position will be 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday with location flexibility as well. Ideal start date: Jan 21, 2024. This position allows a lot of creativity, fashion, and photography to grow the brand. Strong social media skills required. Occasional international travel may occur.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The Social Media Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on current trends in social media and digital marketing to inform strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
- Attend conferences and trade shows
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in photography or graphic design is a plus.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices is beneficial.
- Ability to conduct research effectively to stay ahead of trends in the industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for storytelling through digital mediums and an innovative mindset.
