The Concierge Mobile IV Nurse will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of intravenous fluids, medications, and nutrients to clients in their homes or chosen locations. The nurse will be the face of the company, representing its values and reputation with each client interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely administer in home IV fluids, medications, and nutrients to clients
- Educate clients and prospective clients on the benefits of IV hydration and vitamin therapy for wellness, illness treatment, and overall health improvement.
- Provide a concierge-level experience for each client, ensuring a positive and personalized service.
- Communicate with clients before and after scheduled bookings to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a positive and personable attitude, focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Tasks:
Daily:
- Deliver mobile IV services to scheduled clients.
- Communicate with clients pre- and post-appointment to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client records through the EMR system.
Weekly:
- Be available for on-demand IV requests, with an emphasis on weekends.
- Perform grassroots marketing and business development in the community.
- Engage in networking activities to build relationships and promote services.
Monthly:
- Order and maintain appropriate stock of medications, nutrients, and supplies.
- Review and manage client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on the latest products and techniques.

- Team communication software for accessing information and responding to company communications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Administer a minimum of 8-10 IVs per month.
- Achieve high client satisfaction, measured by reviews and experience scores.
- Maintain a low rate of missed IVs, infections, phlebitis, or infiltration.
Challenges:
- Managing difficult IV access situations.
- Navigating logistical challenges in clients' home environments.
- Addressing challenging client or family personalities.
- Efficiently managing supplies and inventory.
Decision-Making Authority:
- Make go/no-go decisions for in-home IV therapy based on vital signs and client assessments, in collaboration with the medical director.
- Determine the appropriate IV treatment plan in concert with the medical director.
