About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Fragrance Business Financial Strategist to join our team in Mount Olive, New Jersey. As a key member of our Operations strategy, you will support financial and operational controlling with predictive analysis, ensuring decision-making by top management leads to improved productivity and profitability.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing annual budget versus targets, performing monthly review of actual performance versus target/prior year, and ensuring data accuracy and meaningfulness of Operational financial and Indicator data.
- Validating operation Capex submission & hiring proposals, providing guidance to Operations team, and identifying opportunities and developing corrective actions to meet financial and non-financial targets.
- Advising Supply Chain Team in all financial matters, participating in regional SCM projects, and working with local Operations and Site Controllers across the region to remain current on activities having impact on performance.
