As our next Capex Senior Project Manager , reporting to our BP Engineering Americas, you will lead complex, large individual projects or guide a portfolio of projects as assigned by the Regional BP, often requiring considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. You will facilitate site master plan (SMP) studies and will guide and apply Project Gate Process (PGP) methodology in the region. You will apply the CapEx-related tools and systems (PPM, SAP / PS) in the region and will report to the Steering Committee for the duration of the assigned projects and studies.
This position is located in Carol Stream, IL.
Salary expectation based technical experience : $125,000 - $152,000 with 15% bonus"
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for :
People management :
- Assemble and manage the project team (internal, external resources)
- Animate and coordinate the performance of the project team members
- Monitor project team performance and complete performance reviews (also for future use)
- Coach, mentor and motivate project team and sites project managers / engineers
- Train others CAPEX project managers / engineers on CapEx / PM processes (PGP, SMP) and systems / tools (PPM / SAP)
