Main Responsibilities
Business Agreement
- Supports the preparation of Site strategy design. This includes selection, prioritization of improvement programs and resource allocation & execution timeline.
- Supports the elaboration of continuous improvement road-maps and coordinates and selected tactical and operational plans to meet local goals.
- Support in deploying CI Awareness workshops to all teams (e.g. CI basics training)
- Help colleagues in Givaudan to connect with CI and to share Good Practices (e.g. through newsletter)
- Introduce and coach VPMS as a universal practice for everyone in the organization to manage their performance
- Develop people by delivering training for all Basic CI Methodologies
- Training includes: CI Basics (5S, 8Wastes, Problem Solving), Yellow, Visual Performance Management and CI tools
- Support team to identify problems that must be solved using right CI Methodology and Tools
- Support the set-up of and facilitation of the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance management reviews at shift, department and site level including the definition of lagging and leading indicators
- Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment (CIMA):
- Support the CI Manager / Lead / Site to prepare the CIMA Assessment and follow up with the teams based on CIMA outcome
- Train teams in applying relevant CI tools and methodologies for improving Processes and Asset Efficiencies
- Support process owners on development of CI related work standards
- Support specific business improvement projects
- Support and coordinate the implementation progress of approved CI projects, monitoring resource plans, project team accountability, change requests, deadlines, milestones. and manage periodic updates to project your team
- University degree
- Overall work experience of 0 years years
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and projects
Language requirements
- Good command both of oral and written English
- Local Language Requirement based on the Site
