Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site safety, security, health, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations and company mandates.
- Develop and implement behavioral safety programs.
- Conduct regular site tours to address safety risks.
- Ensure safety and environmental standards are met in capital projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS Management or equivalent; Master's degree preferred in a related field (Chemistry, Engineering, EHS).
- 7 years of experience in EH&S management, in manufacturing settings, with a focus on Air Permit Program, SARA Title III, OSHA Compliance, and Emergency Response.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, 24-hour Hazardous Materials Technician, 8-hour Incident Command, and medical clearance to wear a respirator.
