As our Procurement Packaging Category Manager, based in Cincinnati and reporting to the Head of Indirect Materials & Services, you will focus on developing regional strategies for sourcing packaging materials with the business plans of the Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty divisions. You will emphasize sustainability programs aimed at reducing carbon footprints and minimizing single-use plastics.

- Implement regional category strategies within the global framework.
- Provide strategic direction for local procurement teams on category management and supplier management.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sources and manage risks.
- Lead major sourcing events and negotiations, ensuring a robust vendor mix.
- Manage supplier performance and integrate sustainability into packaging strategies.
