Supply Planner, your future role?
As a Supply Planner, you will develop an integrated supply network for for our Taste & Wellbeing Business in the US. You will establish a methodology to manage production capacity based on forecasted demand and improve the efficiency minimizing cost. You will audit discard processes, develop metrics and solutions for improving inventory heath (age, value, turns) while minimizing impact on reserve. You will use site supply reviews to develop recommendations for solving complex supply issues and enhance capacity use and reduce Service Risks aligning best practices and training within the region.
You will report into the Supply Planner and work on-site in our facilities located in Edison I, Cincinnati, OH.

Supply Planner, your future role?

Main Responsibilities:
- Propose and guide processes and organization optimization for more efficiency and reduced cost.
- Improve supply network; balance capacity and inventory across the supply network.
- Work in close collaboration with customer care, demand planning, raw material planning and planning streams/systems to ensure service level to customers.
- Develop training programs, manuals and methods of implementation to meet identified requirements.
- Review slow moving and obsolete inventory. Manage reserve projections.
- Audit Manufactured Item lead times.
- Work with Givaudan Business Solutions Center (GBS) to confirm and support inventory policies and planning parameters.
- Develop reports and tools.
- Monitor essential supply constraints and escalate supply issues.
- Product life cycle management; review changes to existing business, new / lost business, and review formulation changes to mitigate risk.
- Follow general procedures, guidelines and best-practice on relevant areas including Safety; address and implement where missing.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain-related discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Supply Planner at industrial companies.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, and supply chain best practices.
