Responsibilities:
- Provide senior management with insights on training completion rates, operational efficiency, safety incidents, and warehouse performance trends.
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations, develop solutions, and coordinate with on-site management for implementation.
- Maintain training records, track employee proficiency, and develop training schedules to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain and analyze supplier quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service at optimal costs.
- Monitor OSHA regulations, identify safety hazards, and collaborate with leadership to improve workplace safety and loss prevention.
- Step in as needed to support operations and assistant managers.
What You Bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices is a plus
