man with dementia and general weakness. Needs total assist with adls, bathing dressing, meals and meds, light housekeeping and laundry. Hands on assist with transfer, ambulation, toileting and bathing. Catheter care required daily for Indwelling foley catheter along with emptying urine bag and changing fom leg to overnight. Senior dog lives with client and needs to be fed and taken outside regularly, dog wears diapers when inside.
Must be a New York State Registered Home Health Aide!!!!!
