Home Health Aide wanted in Fort Collins! We are looking for someone to provide quality care to a patient in the comfort of their home 8 hours a week!
Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
