Your responsibilities will include researching available homes in the area, discussing clients' requirements and budgets to find suitable properties, creating marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the best possible deal for clients. Furthermore, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
We are seeking a professional who possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of the North Carolina real estate market. To excel in this position, you must have excellent negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of real estate industry regulations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ensuring the satisfaction of every client requires providing superior customer service throughout the entire process.
Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
