Job Description and Duties

Why We Need Help: Due to our extremely rapid growth, the vital role of an Account Manager on the Business Development Team is open. We need someone who will be excited to work with, retain, and improve the experience of our current clientele alongside the services we offer.

His or her focus will be account management and client engagement primarily in the creative services department, as well as providing “back up” support for the other areas of account management as our team continues to grow. Our people must be hard working, willing to do what needs to be done, a self-starter, a self-motivator, and have the intelligence and confidence to seek and implement new solutions.

Overview of Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Responsible as primary relationship with Givington’s Creative clients

o  Responsive to e-mail within 24 hours

o  Availability via phone from 10am-4pm CST to all clients

o  Regular communication to every client based on how project timelines see fit and necessary (weekly etc.)

o  Pro-actively troubleshoot potential problems for client and any contractors that support the timeline and efficiency of the project

o  Monthly reviewing and reporting efficiencies

§ Ability to understand client profitability

o  Liaison between clients and creative contractors and leadership

§ Ability to communicate client needs to and desires to creatives

§ Ability to communicate work done from internal team to client

o  Move projects forward in a timely manner

o  Onboard, support, and offboard clients through the Givington’s pipeline

o  Help Head of Creative and Chief Revenue Officer grow existing client relationships through proactive, future-oriented thinking and new-business recommendations

·      Oversight of all project management for Creative projects

o  Works in tandem with Head of Creative to manage projects within the work-flow as identified for creative projects

o  Build and track timelines and statuses for projects, including big-picture milestones and day-to-day project member tasks

o  Expected to assess situations and problem solve to completion

·      Oversight of Creative contractors for project deliverables

o  Coordinate deliverables to contractors and timelines

o  Oversight of timelines, due dates, and management of all files and assets associated with projects

o  Responsible for the completion in tandem with creative contractors

·      Responsible to manage work in tandem with account managers across all of Givington’s services

o  Works in tandem with fulfillment account manager to learn all aspects of fulfillment needs.

o  Coordinate and work in tandem with product development team for understanding all aspects of product development needs

o  Learn, and generate proficient understanding in retail business in order to support when team needs it

 

 






Job Requirements:

·      Highly efficient manager of tasks across multiple avenues and projects

·      Problem solver and highly organized in project management and details

·      Exercise great written and spoken communication skills with clients (especially via email and on calls/in meetings)

·      High interpersonal communication across all of Givington’s functions and various teams/brands.

o  Responsible for frequent (daily), high-touch internal and external communication

·      Functional Excel and all Microsoft Suite

·      High ability to quickly learn and understand Givington’s software programs (such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Monday.com project management system, etc.)

·      Highly collaborative and strong ability to work with a team

·      Enjoys complexity and ever-changing environment

·      On occasion, Account Manager will be required to work on the shipping floor, especially during busy seasons, doing the following:

o  Stay on feet

o  Lift 30-40 lbs. boxes multiple times a day

o  Learn tools and become proficient in Warehouse Management Software and processes.





Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $40,000 – 50,000 (pending work experience)

*Signing bonus of $5,500. Employee will be responsible for reimbursing Givington’s if they choose to terminate employment within twelve months

Company Profit Share - (2024: $3200)
