Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer as needed before finishing.
- Apply high-quality stains, paints, or varnishes using brushes, spray guns, or other methods to achieve desired finishes.
- Ensure consistent, smooth, and even finish with attention to detail.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.
- Keep track of supplies and materials to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Fabricate custom cabinet components as required by project specifications.
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and finishing products.
- Familiarity with various types of materials and finishes.
- Ability to operate spray guns, sanders, and other tools effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
