PAY :

This is a salary, plus commission position. The salary is listed below :

50,000 base salary (1st year) commission (Approx. $28 - $30 / hr.) (Plus : Overall Compensation Benefits)

HOURS :

  • No evening hours or Sundays.
  • 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm : Monday - Friday
  • About 10 Saturday mornings throughout the year

    • JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Reviewing all storage boats and jet skis for services needed.
  • Providing estimates to boat and jet ski customers for services.
  • Meeting with customers to review desired service work.
  • The Boat Service Manager will be responsible for keeping employees and outside vendors on track and time efficient.
  • Training of new boat detailing hires within the department. (Training will be provided if you aren’t experienced in boat detailing.)
  • Performing detail work (as needed).
  • This position requires customer jobs to be performed at the highest quality standards.

    • IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BELOW JOB :

  • 1 year plus - Working on or around boats or vehicles in some capacity (detailing, service, parts, etc.)
  • 1 year plus - Management experience with customers, employees, operations, etc.
  • Holding yourself responsible for all your actions and for your team.
  • Being a self-starter with little oversight.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to not only lead a team / department, but be part of one.
  • Having a willingness to learn, be taught, and accept instruction and criticism.
  • Having and maintaining a valid driver’s license.
