Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, and field service operations. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Duties
- Be Safe- comply with all safety regulations
- Partner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment
- Knowledge of recording activities in a CMMS
- Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors
- Various PLC's
- AC Drives, Motors, Encoder and Resolver troubleshooting
- Calibration of flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops
- Familiar with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs.
- Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems.
- Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment.
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.
Qualifications
- Allen Bradley PLC, 480 Volt,3 Phase Motors
- Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Proficiency in using tools such as ammeters for diagnosing electrical issues.
- Ability to fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with other team members and departments.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years experience and Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance
