- Preparing CETA Training Schedules
- K9 Proficiency

- Mentor, Train, Monitor Handler & K9 Proficiency
- K9 Medical and Behavioral Assessment
- Maintaining and ensuring TSA Certification standards and proficiency for Global K9 Handlers and their canines.
- Development and implementation of training standards and updates,
- Coordinate field practice events and develop and update policies and procedures.
- Implementation of training procedures.
- Coordinate and manage local proficiency training.
- Compliance of all GK9PG Policies and Procedures, TSA Policies as related to CCSPK9
- Manage training logs of all K9 team progression.
- Mentors, inspires and champions employees for continued growth and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Effectively communicate customer related issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
