As a key player in our Site Leadership team, you'll need to reconcile global directives with local execution to exceed expectations.

Your Mission

Ensure a secure and risk-free working environment for all plant operations. Embrace and implement the Leadership Ways of Working, featuring strategic Gemba Walks and positive feedback culture. Harmonize GKN Driveline's objectives with local value stream strategies. Promote an inclusive atmosphere that champions diversity and employee engagement, consistently upholding GKN's core principles. Align cross-functional operations to achieve streamlined value stream objectives. Advocate for lean tools usage to optimize process flow and eliminate non-value-added activities. Assure compliance with accreditation and business standards. Work in tandem with HR to facilitate employee growth and succession strategies. Establish a solid foundation in Cost Leadership culture. Assume responsibility for financial performance and budgeting.

Experience and Skills

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven expertise.
• A solid foundation of at least 3 years on a site leadership team in automotive manufacturing.
• Graduation from a certified Lean training program.
