Provide leadership and direction to suppliers to ensure compliance to GKN’s Supplier Standards, QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) performance process requirements, AITF 16949 quality systems, AQP, and PPAP processes. Ensure KPIs are measured and managed and that results are reported. Collaborate with SQ community both Regional and Global. Lead CI/VAVE activities assigned. Lead APQP activities for Programs assigned.

- Experience with core quality tools, including SPC, APQP, and PPAP
- University Degree in technical field or equivalent
- Constantly develops own performance, focusing on speed and efficiency. Focused on continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Practical problem solving Lean Principles, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma training Understanding of GKN driveline products and processes Ability to manage own time and meet deadline Problem Solving Flexibility Synergies APQP Process Ability to communicate at all levels (Shop floor to Boardroom) Competence in Auditing (internal/external) Gauge, Design & Tolerancing (GDT) GKN STDs
