Job Summary:
Performs essential tasks to support the production process, ensuring equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operational. Assist in loading materials, monitoring equipment, and troubleshooting minor issues to prevent downtime. This role is critical in maintaining a safe and efficient production environment by supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Follow all company safety rules, policies and procedures.
- Load/unload parts following departmental procedures and work instructions.
- Inspect/pack parts following departmental procedures and work instructions.
- Assist in physical inventories as required and/or requested.
- Knowledgeable of quality and environmental. Must know how to locate, access, and review associated policies.
- Colloborate with team members and EI Leads to identiofy improvements, learn and apply Lean tools.
- Participate in problem solving activities.
- Support plant programs with Lean Enterprise, HSE, and housekeeping.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a neat, orderly, and safe working condition.
Minimum Requirements:
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to rea, write, and understand verbal/written instructions.
- Use arithmetic to add, subtract, and multiply whole numbers and fractions.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs with repetitive motion.

Pay: $19.35 - $21.86 per hour
