Position Overview:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices within a manufacturing environment and a passion for fostering a positive, productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations - Act as a liaison between the company and employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for multiple sites.
- Payroll Administration - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees across multiple sites, including troubleshooting any payroll issues.
- Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies. Assist in maintaining proper documentation and reports.
- Benefits Administration - Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and changes.
- Health & Safety -Support initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Other Duties - duties that may be out of the ordinary for HR but still support the business and the employees.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business, HR Certification and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist preferred (Preferably in a multi-site / multi-shift manufacturing environment. Powder Metal experience is a plus.)
- Microsoft Office Suite / Kronos

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
