Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in managing complex, cross-border transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of:
- Aircraft leasing transactions
- Aircraft acquisitions and sales
- Aircraft operating leases
- You will be an integral part of a high-performing team, ensuring legal and compliance excellence across the organization’s operations.
Requirements
- A law degree with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in aviation leasing and finance, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house with an aircraft leasing company.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills in cross-border transactions.
