We are exclusively recruiting for a leading aircraft leasing company that is looking for a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join their team to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the legal team with documentation and transactional support.
- Structure and prepare various legal documents and agreements, including lease modifications, side agreements, conditions precedent, and corporate approvals.
- Prepare documents in support of lease agreements, restructuring deals, and warranties.
- Manage sale closures, ensuring all required documentation is accurately delivered and completed.
- Coordinate with internal teams on transactional workflows.
- Confirm that all transactional documentation is properly prepared, completed, and filed as required.
- Maintain organized, secure filing of documents according to company guidelines.
Experience :
- Prior experience working in an aircraft lessor or law firm preferred
- Relevant qualification
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
