Omnichannel / Shopper Marketing Account Executive
The role of the Shopper Marketing Account Executive assists in the development and execution of national and retailer-specific plans that are part of an overall integrated marketing plan. This includes collaborating with internal teams, external partners / vendors and clients to create seamless and impactful shopper experiences that drive strong consumer engagement, sales and strengthen brand loyalty and other goals based on established KPIs.
This role requires an understanding of client needs, shopper behaviors, consideration and conversion tactics, etc. to create effective shopper / omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines. Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction regarding shopper marketing programming.
- Campaign Development : Assist with the development and implementation of omnichannel shopper marketing programs, including in-store promotions, digital marketing, and social media activations.
- Project Coordination : Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to manage deliverables.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, shopper insights, etc. to inform campaign strategies and provide clients / team with actionable recommendations.
- New Business Development : Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients by presenting the agency's shopper marketing capabilities and proposing tailored solutions.
