Your Responsibilities as a Supervisor :
Lead & Mentor a Team – Train, coach, and support a group of licensed agents.
Monitor Performance & Growth – Help team members meet sales targets and career goals.
Foster a Motivated Culture – Encourage a positive, competitive, and results-driven environment.
Oversee Client Interactions – Ensure top-tier customer service and policy recommendations.
Support Training & Onboarding – Assist new agents in getting licensed and mastering the system.
What We’re Looking For :
Leadership or Supervisory Experience – Background in sales, insurance, or team management preferred.
Excellent Communication & Coaching Skills – Ability to motivate and develop others.
Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Passion for hitting targets and growing within the company.
Comfort with Virtual Platforms – Experience with Zoom, Google Suite, and CRM tools is a plus.
Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must hold or be willing to secure a life insurance license.
