Key Responsibilities As a Remote Veteran Benefits Specialist, you will : Conduct Virtual Consultations : Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, explain benefits programs, and recommend tailored solutions. Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Address policyholder inquiries, assist with policy adjustments, and guide clients through claims processes. Build Long-Term Relationships : Foster trust and maintain ongoing communication with clients to address evolving needs and circumstances. Ensure Compliance and Documentation : Adhere to industry standards and company policies while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. What We’re Looking For Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual tools. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. A fun, outgoing personality and positive attitude. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
