Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Phone contact with policyholders and interested third parties.
- Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls and emails
- Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information.
Required
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clients
- Ability to empathize with client's unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needs
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- A home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.
