Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and interested third parties through phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Policy Management: Process requests from policyholders, update information, and maintain accurate records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new and revised procedures to offer the best guidance and support.
