Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily phone calls to our extensive member database.
- Determine the financial requirements of our members and explain the significance and advantages of additional benefits products.
- Deliver top-notch customer support and ensure member retention.
- Keep in touch with members during the application procedure, giving them updates, addressing any issues or queries, and providing assistance when necessary.
- Offer continuous assistance once their policies are active, such as policy evaluations, beneficiary modifications, and help with claims.
- Follow all legal regulations and ethical guidelines related to selling and managing life insurance policies.
Requirements
- Communicate well in writing and speaking.
- Know how to use computers.
- Good at organizing and managing time.
- Motivated and pays attention to details.
- Preferably have experience in sales.
- Can get a Life Insurance License.
- Competitive in sales.
- Great at solving problems and thinking critically.
- Can work alone or with a team.
- Open to coaching and using feedback.
