What You Will Do:
- Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and assistance
- Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
