- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
- Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
- Provide support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
