What You’ll Do:
- Engage with clients remotely to assess their insurance needs.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with expert advice.
- Answer inquiries and address any concerns to provide stellar customer service.
- Collaborate with teammates for seamless enrollments.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of all client interactions.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay motivated.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus!
- Comfortable using computer systems and software.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have: Windows Laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a working camera.
