Your Role

  • Engage with Clients Remotely : Host virtual meetings with individuals and families to discover their insurance needs.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment : Provide expert advice and assist clients every step of the way.
  • Address Inquiries : Be the go-to person for questions and concerns—your clarity and support matter!
  • Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience.
  • Maintain Detailed Records : Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities—details matter!

  • Excellent Communication Skills : You’re a natural communicator, both verbal and written!
  • Attention to Detail : You thrive on keeping things organized and precise.
  • Ability to Work Independently : You’re self-motivated and manage your time like a pro!
  • Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service : A plus, but if you have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
  • Proficiency with Technology : You’re comfortable with computers and virtual tools like Zoom and Google Drive.

  • Reliable Home Setup : Must have a Windows Laptop / PC , stable internet access, and a working camera.
