Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Veteran Benefits Specialist, you will:
- Conduct Virtual Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, explain benefits programs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address policyholder inquiries, assist with policy adjustments, and guide clients through claims processes.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster trust and maintain ongoing communication with clients to address evolving needs and circumstances.
- Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry standards and company policies while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
