Compensation
- Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience, education, and location).

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization and Quality Management
- Oversee and enhance ISO standards compliance, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- Develop and maintain quality manuals, process documentation, and performance metrics.
- Conduct audits, analyze results, and lead corrective action initiatives.

Strategic Leadership and Training
- Partner with HR to implement comprehensive training programs and career development frameworks.
- Support the expansion of wellness initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

System Implementation and Support
- Lead the adoption of new technologies, including a Transportation Management System (TMS) and CRM solutions.
- Drive efficiency improvements and enhance the customer experience through technological enablement.

Branch Network Enablement
- Assist in rolling out corporate programs and ISO certification processes at branch locations.
- Analyze employee satisfaction (ESAT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency in systems such as MS Office, TMS, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, and 5S principles (certifications preferred).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on motivating teams and driving change.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in strategic operations, quality management, or a related field.
Physical Demands
The role involves extended periods of computer use and occasional movement within the workspace. Clear communication through email and phone is essential.
