We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker for a manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending raw materials to create finished products in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Pay rate $18 - $20 p/h
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Temp to perm/ full-time

Responsibilities
- The Batch Maker will operate equipment to mix, blend, and compound raw materials
- The Batch maker follows precise instructions to ensure the quality of the final product
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform quality control checks on products
- The batch maker must maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Package finished products for distribution
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Skills
- Experience with forklift operation required
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic/ personal care products
- Forklift Certification required
- Previous Compounding/batch-making experience
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus
- The batch maker must understand lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
