Primary Objective:
The Erection Foreman is responsible for all phases of the Field Installation & Repair Job Operations, including scheduling, manpower/labor, safety, and shipping & receiving.

Key Duties:
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operations. Plan, direct, and coordinate.
- Work closely with all department personnel internally and externally.
- Review established Installation, MOT, and safety plans/schedules while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Responsibility for ensuring that laborers’ competency levels are achieved/exceeded in all aspects of the Installation Operations.
- Analyze manpower and equipment requirements on a job-by-job basis.
- Encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment.
- Encourage, promote, and enforce all Company policies and safety regulations.
- Ensure all safety & installation requirements are met and documented prior to and post inspections, to provide a safe workplace for our employees and the highest quality product for the market.
- Travel Requirement: The right candidate will be required to travel throughout Florida with a company vehicle to oversee installations and repairs.
- Main Facility/Starting Point: The primary facility or starting point for travel will be based in Fort Pierce, FL.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience with supervision.
- Any FDOT, CTQP, ACI, PCI Quality Control certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of construction practices and structural concrete.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory control.
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example.
- Strong team-building, decision-making, and people skills.
- Willing to travel on a weekly basis with a company vehicle.
- Clean driver’s license.
- Bilingual is a strong plus.
