Production Line Lead / Manufacturing - full time job to start immediately!
MUST BE Bilingual.
Shift availability
2nd shift is from 3:00PM to 11:00PM
Overtime is available.
Location is in Palm Springs, Fl.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production line
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Train and mentor new employees on production procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Food industry: 2 years (Preferred)
