We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Generalist for a temporary role. This role will involve a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and practices and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support for other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an HR generalist role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
