Duties
- Operate machines for precision cutting and shaping of wood and other materials.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to construct cabinets and other wood products.
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring proper alignment and finishing.
- Engage in concrete forming tasks as required for various projects.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while handling materials.
- Conduct mold remediation processes when necessary to ensure product integrity.
- Utilize masonry techniques for specific construction projects.
- Implement metal stud framing as part of building structures.
- Install siding and perform frame carpentry to enhance the overall quality of projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with machinery operation is highly desirable.
- Skills in flooring installation, concrete forming, schematics interpretation, heavy lifting, mold remediation, masonry, metal stud framing, siding installation, and frame carpentry are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
