As our Training & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in elevating Glacial Skin’s influence within the aesthetics industry. In this dynamic position, you’ll design and lead innovative training programs, build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oversee our PR outreach, and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to enhance our clinical credibility, drive brand initiatives, and strengthen our value proposition.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Training and Education :
- Deliver in-field and virtual clinical sales training for our Area Sales Managers and our Clinical Business Managers, developing customized training programs and approaches specific for each role.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance provider adoption and maximize product utilization.
