Position: Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist
Start Date: March 2025
Minimum Requirements: A registered nurse (RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN), or a bachelor's degree in a field related to healthcare or business.

We would like to add a full-time QI Specialist to our community health center. This is a new position within our organization and will report directly to our COO.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: preparation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual quality assurance reports; leadership of the Quality Improvement (QI) committee and facilitation of quarterly meetings; support for clinic operations; collaboration on the submission of the Uniform Data System (UDS) report; coordination with Joint Commission accreditation standards across various departments; maintenance of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) quality improvement measures; and management of the peer review program.
The preferred candidate will possess multiple years of experience within the healthcare field.
