We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Loan Servicing Specialist in our Lending Department.

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be handling the servicing aspects of our mortgage, consumer and business lending departments. This includes compliance of mortgage loans, GAP insurance, collateral protection insurance and debt protection, escrow servicing, answering member questions, as well as completing other various loan duties as assigned.

The Loan Servicing Specialist position is a Non-Exempt Position and is located at Glacier Hills Credit Union in West Bend, WI. Position reports to the Director of Lending.

Minimum Requirements

• Current knowledge of escrow accounts, credit card accounts, and the Credit Reporting Act, as well as all Lending and payment Legislation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with employees, managers, and members.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Exceptional member service skills, including the ability to educate and advise members on products and services.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
