Title: Busser or Food Runner - Seasonal

Rate: $15.00 per hour
OVERVIEW:
Bussers and Food Runners are integral to Glacier’s success. They are responsible for clearing or serving food and beverages to Glacier guests and associates in highly professional, timely, and friendly manner. Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and service is provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Ensure food is delivered quickly and that the guest order is complete upon arrival
2. Ensure dining areas are bussed and reset to Glacier standards properly and timely
3. Stock, maintain and organize the kitchen, server stations, bar and dining room
4. Assist team members with other duties as needed such as; bussing and resetting tables, polishing silverware and/or glasses, folding napkins, sweeping and/or cleaning floors, preparing food items, or any other restaurant/bar duties as assigned
5. Ensure all closing processes are completed and followed at the end of shift
6. Ability to provide excellent service while problem solving or under pressure
7. Team player that is always willing to help, while possessing a positive, inclusive and hardworking attitude
8. Set up dining area and event locations based on party/event sizes, which would include moving a variety of furniture
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
2. Experience is preferred
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. A friendly and energetic personality with a service focus
5. Availability to work flexible shifts
6. Able to meet and maintain physical requirements
7. Must be able to multi-task efficiently within a fast-paced and high stress environment
