Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position covering a location in Orting, WA.
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Storage location in Orting!
Responsibilities:
- Handling day to day operations of the facility.
- Providing excellent customer service experience.
- Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing daily site checks.
- Assisting customers seeking storage units.
- Collecting and processing payments.
- Contacting delinquent occupants.
- Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
- Property inspections.
- Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
Requirements:
- Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
- Employee must possess a valid DL and be willing to travel to different properties.
- Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-Storage experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $18-$19.50 per hour
Glacier West Storage offers competitive pay, a professional work environment, commission incentives, health, dental/vision insurance and paid vacations and holidays. You must be able to pass an alcohol/drug screening, background check and have a clean driving record.
